Casa del Sol Naciente is a cosy, very spacious, attractive and comfortable semi-detached holiday villa with 2 heated private pools in a completely south-facing and large garden. It offers you all the comfort you need.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a hob, a hot-air oven and built-in dishwasher. You can make a fragrant cup of coffee with capsules in the Philips l'or Barista or in an espresso maker. Want to cook for yourself? The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for 6 people. Also glasses in different sizes. There is a toaster, kettle and microwave, all in a bright red retro style.

The living space consists of two connected parts. The spacious dining area followed by a living room with black leather lounge, 55-inch Smart TV with Belgian and Dutch channels. If you prefer to enjoy your dinner outside, you can do so on the cosy terrace, where, in addition to a dining table and chairs for 6 people, there is also a seating area and a bar table. You can dine in every corner!

From the kitchen and living area, you have access to the terrace with pools and to the dining area, as to the bar table. Given the eternal spring in Lanzarote, you will have blissful moments there!

Fancy a refreshing splash? Children can have fun in the children's pool, which is about 100cm deep and 4x4m in size. Teenagers and adults can then swim in the second heated pool with a depth of about 1.5m (5m x 4m).

Casa del Sol Naciente features no less than 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

- In the spacious, contemporary furnished master bedroom on the first floor, you will sleep soundly in a comfortable king-size bed (1.80m x 2m). Your holiday wardrobe can be stored in the walk-in dressing room. And you have an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.

- On the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 2m. In the ensuite bathroom you can choose between an invigorating shower or a blissful bath. From the bedroom, you walk straight onto the spacious terrace where you can rub the sleep out of your eyes in the sitting area. Or you can choose to cool down in the heated pool.

- A staircase to -1 takes you to the second twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 1.9m. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with toilet and bathtub. And despite being on -1, you still have a private, enclosed terrace down there.

Casa del Sol Naciente is a perfectly located base to visit the volcanic island of Lanzarote, or relax on site in the spacious garden, equipped with sunbeds, seating area, two swimming pools, bar table, ...
The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. You can fully enjoy the peace and sun here. However, at only 2 km you can reach the beautiful Playa Dorada sandy beach or the centre with its many restaurants, bars and shops. Barely 3 km away, you reach the picturesque Marina Rubicon harbour, where you can take a stroll or have a drink or a meal.

Parking is free on the street or private in the shared driveway.

A taxi will take you fairly cheaply (+-5€) to the centre of Playa Blanca or Marina Rubicon. Available by phone (only 1 taxi company) or via the taxi queues in the centre.

- 1 high chair and 1 travel cot for babies are available at no extra cost. (Please notify in advance).

- WIFI is included in the price.

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided free of charge.

- Air conditioning works with a coin meter (1 and 2€ coins). Is not included in the booking price. Price according to consumption. If windows are darkened during the day and doors closed, air conditioning is only necessary in limited periods during the year.
