The house is in between the beautiful Marina Rubicon with its shops, bars and restaurants and the stunning Papagayo beaches. You can observe the mountains Los Ajaches (protected area by Unesco). A Spanish supermarket as well as an English one are at 900m from the villa. The master bedroom upstairs has its own terrace where you can observe mountains, ocean and some stunning sunsets.

The house offers 2 rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), 2 bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), air conditioning, living room, kitchen and two terraces : one covered and one not, it also has a barbecue area.
